1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tempo ("the Service"), operated by MintRaccoon ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tempo provides temporary, disposable email addresses for receiving emails. The Service allows users to:

  • Generate temporary email addresses
  • Receive and view emails sent to those addresses
  • Save favorite email addresses (for registered users)
  • Access premium features through paid subscriptions

3. Recommended Use

This service is intended for website signups and verification emails.

It is not recommended for:

  • Social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Financial services (banks, payment services, cryptocurrency)
  • Critical or important accounts
  • Any service requiring long-term email access

Many platforms actively block temporary email domains. We are not responsible for any issues arising from using this service with such platforms.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
  • Not use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service
  • Not violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating accounts on other services for fraudulent purposes
  • Receiving illegal content or materials
  • Conducting any form of illegal activity
  • Attempting to intercept or access other users' emails
  • Using the Service to bypass email verification for malicious purposes
  • Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

6. Account Registration

While the basic Service can be used without registration, certain features require creating an account through Google Sign-In. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

7. Subscription and Payments

7.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Plan details are available on our website.

7.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

7.4 Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Email Retention

Free Users: Temporary email addresses and their contents expire after 10 minutes.

Registered Users: Saved email addresses are retained for 30 days and can be manually refreshed.

Premium Users: Saved email addresses are retained according to your subscription plan.

We are not responsible for any data loss after expiration. Users should not rely on the Service for critical communications.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MintRaccoon and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINTRACCOON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MintRaccoon and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
